About Kathy

I have been a Certified Public Accountant in California since 1980. I have always loved working with people and for more than three decades, I have been providing valuable financial services to businesses and individuals in Orange County, California. I work with each of my clients personally to understand their unique situation so we can resolve their accounting and tax issues so that they can focus on running their businesses. My focus is on helping you make the best financial decisions today so that you can enjoy financial freedom tomorrow.

I was born and raised in the state of Wisconsin. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting, and began my career with KPMG in Milwaukee. After transferring to Orange County, I continued with KPMG and then later split off to form my own CPA firm. In addition to practicing public accounting, I’ve spent 7 years doing income tax auditing as a Revenue Field Agent for the North Carolina Department of Revenue. This experience provided valuable insight into how the other side views our tax returns.

During my free time, I enjoy dancing, hiking, gardening, reading, and spending time with family and friends, especially my young grandchildren.
